Sub Frame Connectors


 
         
    Extreme duty three point design, bolt on sub frame connectors for fourth generation F body cars. (Camaro, Firebirds and Trans Am). Built using 3x2 , 2x2 and 2x1 .125" wall tubes, heavy duty .375" wall mounting plates at the frame locations. Powder coated with a quality exterior grade coating.

    Comparison of our heavy duty three point sub frame connector (shown above top) to a typical after market three point sub frame connector.   Thick .375" (3/8") front mounting plate with extra deflection preventing gussets stop sub frame deflection where it starts.

    Heavy duty rear mount matches up tightly to the mount locations for a true bolt on application without any modifications.   Center mount tie in point at the tunnel. Note the use of stiff 1" x 2".125 wall tubes tied in and TIG welded. Center mount brackets allow for easy mounting of a tunnel brace.
         
    We manufacture Tunnel Braces and Strut Tower Braces  that work in conjunction with the sub frame connectors to tighten up the frame flexing and body twisting found in fourth generation F body cars.
